Linux Security and Hacking

Hello all, i'll be posting a some stuff on linux security and hacking, hacking in general and the like. For those of you who are GCI Students and are attending GCI here in cambridge I'll have some very interesting articles posted on how to hack gci's network and gain access to your favourite sites. I'll post articles on how to circumvent there content filter and there firewall. Yes that's right your talking to one of the original GCI console cowboys, I guess you can say my techniques and my name was legendary and synonymous in the underground hacker community in high school. I hope to let you know that information wants to be free, promote decentralization. And no im not going to be posting articles on how to insert viruses into there server if you want someone to do that do it yourself, there's plenty of resources on the net to be learned by you the hacker newbie. If your new to GCI your probably wondering man I wished I could get on to my hotmail account or gmail account to check my emails or get on to facebook quietly and secretly without the content filter logging all my actions. I was the original hacker of GCI, the really know me well. So before you tell someone about this stie DON'T , YOU WILL KEEP THIS SITE ADDRESS TO YOURSELF AND ONLY SHARE IT WITH THOSE WHOM YOU TRUST. As I was saying they know me well because I and a bunch of friends which had a hacker group known as Buried Cable (which no longer exist to this day, we are disbanded) found ways of breaching there server and gaining the highest access that of the admin at the time of me being in highschool, this guy was a smart admin but not as smart as he thought when me and my friends circumvented his security and logged in as the admin. They used to have windows 3.1 and DOS environment setup on there network before the system that you see, this was so easy to hack I could do it in my sleep. I caused a buffer overflow attack which allowed me access to the root account on the network able to execute arbitrary code and commands, now along time about I was really curious so I downed the network for GCI for about an entire week of school heheh no one was able to get on to do there school homework or do anything for that matter. When I realized that I had crashed the network I was in absolute awe of my power and ability to be literally more powerfull than the school faculty itself, including the big corporate tech guys they sent into get the sever back up and running again. I had downed the network by introducing a home written virus on my home computer, actually I wouldn't really call it a virus but much like an exploit program which ran one line of code that crashed the network, this program was only literally one line of code written in microsoft edit in DOS. Also as you know i'm posting a disclaimer at the bottom of this article.

Heresy: Kingdom Come CCG

I've been having some trouble hunting down this card game, I own very few of these cards. I have two starter decks of Heresy but I'm looking for more it's very rare since the company Last Unicorn Games got bought out and dissolved into Wizards Of The Coast. There are very few sites on the net that are up and running and have information available on Heresy: Kingdom Come. This card game was supposed to have an expansion released for it called Project: Demiurge but it was never released at all, all that remains is artwork scattered across the net on some of the original artists sites. Thank god I decided to buy some of these back in the day when it was going strong, I only managed to buy two starter decks up in Waterloo at a local card game shop by the name of A Bit Better Computers but he is defunct now and doesn't operate anymore. It's too bad he went out of business, he had many ccg's that were popular when the ccg market was at it's biggest boom to name a few he carried were Doomtrooper, Kult, Shadowfist,Heresy, Magic: The Gathering and the list goes on. It's too bad the ccg market hit a decline in early 1997, that is when most ccg's that made their debut's in 1992,93 and 94 season don't exist anymore and can be found on ebay or many other auction sites on the net.
